Second survey for 2022 ARML

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your responses on the first survey. ARML has shared that for this year's competition, participating purely online will not be an option. Instead, we can participate in-person either onsite or offsite.

If you live in the Bay Area or Sacramento area / Northern CA, we need your feedback, and ask you to complete another survey with new options. If you live outside of these regions (e.g. WWW), you can disregard this survey, and we'll send more information soon.

Option 1: IN-PERSON ONSITE at UNLV
This option would entail traveling to ARML at UNLV (in Las Vegas) on Thursday June 2 and returning Sunday June 5 (with an option of flying early Friday June 3 and returning late Saturday June 4).

Option 2: IN-PERSON OFFSITE somewhere in the Bay Area
This option would entail participating in ARML on Saturday June 4 as a one-day event somewhere in the Bay Area, starting (very) early in the morning and ending in the afternoon.

There will be separate awards depending on what we select (i.e. ARML is intending to declare one winner for on-site and one winner for off-site).

Please let us know your preference by completing the survey! We will leave this survey open indefinitely, but will start making decisions based on the results of this survey on March 31.

Best,
Moor

2022 ARML survey

Hi everyone,

As we approach ARML season again this spring, I wanted to reach out and see how our community feels about participating in ARML online vs in-person this year.

ARML has not yet informed us whether the competition will be in-person or online, but I anticipate that we may have the opportunity to choose between the two options. And regardless of the status of the ARML competition itself, we as a region will need to decide whether to hold practices in-person or virtually this spring. On behalf of the coaching team, I am therefore collecting opinions from the community via this survey:

I plan to leave this survey open indefinitely, but the coaches may begin making decisions based on the responses received as of March 25. We hope to analyze the survey results, and announce our plans for 2022's ARML season over the next couple weeks. Looking forward to another great season of ARML!

Best,
Moor
